Community Futures Wild Rose strives to identify and facilitate projects that benefit our communities and build strong partnerships to positively impact businesses, agencies and organizations within our region.
A sampling of our project involvement includes:

- Partnership identification/facilitation and fund development for the restoration of a historically significant landmark in support of a regional tourism clustering initiative
- Grant assistance to develop an inter-municipal tourism initiative for the Boomtown Trail
- Facilitation of a regional succession planning workshop supported by the University of Alberta School of Business, Alberta Business Family Institute
- Development of an aboriginal-focused employment support and job search program in partnership with Siksika Nation
- Facilitation of inaugural strategic plan for a regional, inter-agency organization focused on addictions awareness and education
- Hosting a biennial information-sharing, educational and networking tourism forum
- Coordination of local Community Access Program to allow free public computer and internet access for residents of the Wild Rose region
- Small business seminar and workshop presentations
Community Futures Wild Rose is careful not to duplicate the services of our regional economic partners and aims to develop sustainable opportunities that will improve the prosperity of the Wild Rose region.
